Best location in Sultanahmet /Oustanding Service

One of the best hotels in Sultanahmet. The customer service is outstanding. The free breakfast included in the room rate is amazing and so delicious. I strongly recommend to try their seafood either for lunch or dinner. The view from the terrace or the restaurant is breathtaking. Make sure you reserve your table in advance as it is usually packed for dinner. The room was so spacious as I was upgraded to a suite by the hotel manager Ozan. Ozan is more of a hands on Manager who’s constantly involve in day to day activities and wants to ensure all his customers are satisfied and fully taking care of.

Service masterclass and beautiful place

We was in Seven hills for our trip and discover this place. You can go there the eyes closed. Everything is perfect.
The personal do every time his maximum for make the stay/trip perfect. You can ask all you want they always do the maximum. They can give you advice about Istanbul and where go etc
About hotel: very confortable nothing else to say and impeccable cleanless. We feel like prince in this hotel.
Personal in réception very fast, we talked by mail before and always answered quickly with all details we need.
About restaurant: The view is wonderful

Phenomenal breakfast experience

Seven Hills hotel allows you to have a spectacular breakfast experience, even if you're not a guest staying at the hotel. Prior to my visit, I spoke to Orhan on the phone to make reservation. I requested a seat with a view (if possible) and Orhan not only assured me that it could be done, he even asked if u had a preference for the view. Once there, our sitting arrangement was perfect. The waiters were all extremely polite and service was great. One of our waiters; Kadir, kept checking in on us to make sure everything was going well. For 120 lira, the service, the view, the amount of delicious food, and the experience was completely worth it. I would definitely do it again.
